Are you looking to work with enthusiastic experts who are tackling game-changing challenges in entertainment and beyond? At FRVR we offer an open environment where bright ideas are given a chance to shine and everyone is eager to lend a helping hand.
How we hire
The recruitment process for every role may be different but there is common ground.
1. Apply
We like CVs that are written in English and formatted in PDF because this allows for a faster and smoother review. If we have questions in the application form, please respond to them assertively. We will review all applications and provide feedback to everyone.
2. First Interview
This interview is typically with our People & Culture team. We will explore your professional background, expectations for the future and dig deep into motivations and in understanding the context in which you thrive. We will also take you through the details of the job you have applied for and FRVR’s mission, vision and plans.
3. Case Study/Technical Exercise
Depending on the role you will either be asked to complete a technical exercise or submit a written case study. In both cases, you will either perform the exercise live with an FRVR interviewer or have the chance to present the Case Study and participate in a Q&A.
4. Panel Interview
As a last step, you will be able to meet colleagues from other teams. This will be the right context for you to ask any questions that have still not been answered in the previous conversations and an opportunity for other people to get to know you and understand if you would be a good fit for the company and team.
